What meeting platform will my meeting be hosted on?

We have developed our services to include webinar hosting via Zoom, allowing you to implement a virtual General Meeting without the need to purchase a dedicated webinar licence. We manage the virtual General Meeting hosting and voting on your behalf.

Alternatively, if you have your own virtual meeting licence, we can manage voting alongside your chosen provider, utilising our voting platform to provide an auditable report of voting on all constitutional matters.

Why Zoom?

We have chosen to use Zoom due to its capacity, functionality, high take up and simplicity of use. In our experience, it has proven to be the best platform for hosting a virtual General Meeting, providing a strong level of control for the organisers whilst offering participants a broad range of interaction through chat, raising of hands and Q&A features.

How does online voting work during a virtual General Meeting?

We have been helping organisations in a number of ways. This includes allowing members to vote in advance online or nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf online during a meeting. You can also choose to switch to an ‘on the day’ online voting process, allowing you to deliver your balloting requirements remotely, quickly and conveniently. Voting can open and close according to your agenda, or you can choose to allow voting at leisure within a predefined timeframe, which either closes before, during the meeting or at a set time after your meeting closes.
